Combining studies of grch 37 & 38

Currently, we don't allow combining studies of different genome builds (selecting studies and going to study view or querying together), but most of our analyses do not require genome build and should work fine regardless.

• Add genome build into Mutations tab
• Disable CNSegments tab or have options for users to switch studies of different genome builds
