How to reproduce

1. Load a schematic in Litematica and start a building task.
2. Wait until Baritone stops with an "Out Of Blocks" error.
3. Run #resume in chat.

Expected behavior

Baritone either outputs "Resumed" or suppresses the "Not paused" message, then continues executing the task.

Actual behavior

Baritone outputs "Not paused" in chat, but the task continues running anyway.
