Update Michaelis-Menten Tests with Rapid Equilibrium MAL Model

Once #20 is resolved, we can improve the tests for the Michaelis-Menten reaction model.

Currently, these tests validate the Michaelis-Menten implementation by comparing simulation results to those generated using the corresponding microkinetic formulation. However, this approach relies on extremely high forward and backwards reaction rates.

Updating the test cases and use rapid equilibrium implementaton of MAL model, would test both functionalities at the same time and makes the test more numerical stable.
