Touchpad Scroll Factor

Touch pad scroll factor in /home/usr/hypr/variables.conf is set to a default of 0.3

Request:
permanently adjust scroll factor to 0.8.

Justification:
0.3 is extremely low. Tested across a few platforms this is universally low. An increase to 0.8 allows familiar scroll that is native or slightly bellow native on my touchpad devices.

It is understandable that this is user configurable and can be easily changed. However, increasing the default benefits all laptop users who will no longer have to make the adjustment right away. Since scroll is a feature in the shell for workspaces, volume and brightness. This directly effects how users interact with the shell.

You can make this as an issue to caelestia-dots repo. Maybe make a PR for it and state the justification you provided. That repository is responsible for the dotfiles including the hyprland configurations.
