Crashing my quickshell on startup

I build quickshell from the source repo to get the latest updates and I am currently running

 ~> quickshell --version
Quickshell 0.2.1 (revision 7c5a6c4bd4be1f258aa47626cf5cde02215adad2, distributed by Unset)

 ~> caelestia --version

The instance crashes on start

 ~> caelestia shell
No running instances for "/etc/xdg/quickshell/caelestia/shell.qml"
  INFO: Launching config: "/etc/xdg/quickshell/caelestia/shell.qml"
 ERROR: Unrecognized pragma "DefaultEnv QS_NO_RELOAD_POPUP=1"

Is there a solution to fix this crash, please help
I am not sure if this is a known issue and couldnt find it in the currently open issues so I opened a discussion instead
