If it didnt show the stop notification after pressing super + alt + r thats probably means you dont have the screen recording package please install first

i just created the directory ... when i press super + alt + r to close it i get this error notification

i thought at first its cz i am already recording but it says maybe something within my vaapi if this trying to use my gpu (its busted ) then what should i do?
