Develop a way to import .ftl templates from outside the template dir

It would be nice to somehow import templates from outside the template dir specified at the command line.

By the way it is implemented today, it's hard to maintain different templates.

Right now, you may include ftl files (with <#include path> ftl tag) relatively only to the template dir specified with -t option. This makes difficult to maintain different templates. Think of maintaining Caelum's templates, we have a lot of different templates that are very similar, so when I make a little modification I have to copy and paste them to all the other templates.

It would be nice to "extract" the common parts to some other directory and include them where necessary. We could pass a "include dir" option by command line.
