Version supprt - 1.21.10 Crash error

What happened?

As docs says, 1.21.x versions should be supprted, but it don't.

With this setup:
Minecrat Fabric 1.21.10
fabric-api-0.138.3+1.21.10.jar
world_preview-fabric-1.21-1.3.1.jar

Error:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/fabricmc/fabric/api/client/rendering/v1/CoreShaderRegistrationCallback

Minecraft Version

1.21.1+

Modloader (Fabric/Forge)

Fabric

World-Preview Version

1.3.1

Main issues i've run into so far:

• 1.21.9 removed the ChunkProgressListener Interface
• 1.21.1 and 1.21.5 significantly changed the way shaders work
• Changes to resourceLocation makes things need refactoring
