Road to 1.0-beta

Prerequisites:

• @omnidan - Finish new coffea core (currently on 0.6 branch)
• @omnidan - 0.6 -> 1.0-beta

Main tasks (can be done in parallel):

• Implement reply - Implement reply #83
• @michealharker - Update unit tests for new core
• @michealharker - Use caffeinery/skel for the coffea build structure
• @michealharker - Re-make coffea-irc for the new version (at this point the new coffea will have covered all features of the old versions)
• @zackp30 - Update docs for new coffea (but don't replace old docs yet)
• @omnidan - Finish coffea-slack
• @omnidan - Finish coffea-telegram

Finalization (after main tasks are done):

• @omnidan - Setup 1.0-beta1 in npm (should be the latest release!)
• @omnidan - Publish 1.0-beta1 🎉
• @omnidan - Merge into master, but keep old docs + link to old branch (with npm install info for the old version) available.
• @omnidan - Add note that older branches won't be updated on the corresponding README.md's
