feat: support for non-Git VCS #116
Description
Darcs, Pijul, Mercurial, Fossil, & so on are great, less-complex version control systems. One of their big issues is lack of other general tooling support, such as these sorts of projects, which further pushes those into Git hegemony when considering adopting a different VCS.
