Describe the bug
Upon upgrading Cake and starting the app the Decred balance shows as zero and the wallet is stuck in "connecting" state. Attempting to change from SPV to a specific node, to disconnect/reconnect, or rescan had no effect. Also restarting the app and the device made no difference. Restoring from seed rectified the issue.

To Reproduce
Upgraded Cake to latest version and opened the app.

Expected behavior
Wallet should sync and balance should appear.

Platform:

• OS: iOS 18.4
• Device: iPhone 16e
• Cake Wallet Version: 4.25.0
