This project is looking at the [Authorized Highways] field.

The goal is to parse the data found in the Authorized Highways field to display the routes on an ArcGIS Map

- Currently have: the datasets, historical up to 2024
- Need: to parse and map the data

Tasks Required:

parse the data, create intersections, geospatially identify those intersections, display the routes on an ArcGIS

Looking to identify the various roadways that will be taken by the vehicle as they travel from their origin to their destination.

I expect to be able to display the routes on an ArcGIS map, potentially to highlight areas where improvements can be made to move the freight along more efficiently and/or sustainably.
