Using the deck provided by the payments team and our meeting notes from the 1/22/26 payments<>CS meeting, take this sprint to ensure that you have updated the following categories as needed:

• Stage
• Additional staff, where this should equal the named payments specialist in the deck, where one exists
• Add any important context, especially as it relates to ballpark timing in the notes
