Research Task

The /data-analyses/ntd directory could use some organizing and cleaning up. Possible new sub-directories to include:

1. monthly ntd ridership report
2. initial ntd_id to rtpa work.

1. make dedicated folder for rtpa crosswalk work, move all related files to this folder
2. make dedicated folder for monthly ridership report, move all related files to folder
3. ensure reports still work after moving files, adjust code as necessary
