Revisit content / about page (Post Launch)

Currently, the Contact page H1 is halfway down the page above the form, and the first content seen is a description of the marketplace and a customer quote.

We should revisit this to get a H1 closer to the top of the page, and perhaps split "About" content into it's own page. 

This should be associated with any nav adjustments to accommodate new guides.
