ASAN crash when you close a show with X and then reopen #690

Looks like there's an ASAN violation when you close a show with X and then reopen.
I think this is because when you close with X it doesn't close down all the views associated with a Document, so the document stays alive. We should probably revamp how we do the view system for animation view, I think that's a bit of a problem.
