Not very good documentation for platform, it is lacking, and then you can't access discord or get in touch with support. I think the product is great but this is not good.

Same. To be fair, I'm in an awkward timezone currently at GMT+12 and I think some of the team is UK/Europe-based, so... 🤷‍♂️

I tried to join the discord today and the invite is expired. I bet they just set the link and didn't check the Expire After and set it to never.
