error when using RetellAI integration "no_available_users_found_error" #22171

Hi @lfsadigital! I'm Dosu and I’m helping the cal.com team. The "no_available_users_found_error" means the Cal.com Booking API couldn't find any available user (host) for the requested booking. This often happens in team or round robin event types if all potential hosts are unavailable due to calendar conflicts, out-of-office status, or business rules. It can also occur if the event type ID in your RetellAI integration doesn't match an active event type in your Cal.com setup, or if the team/user availability isn't configured correctly. This error was recently fixed in a Cal.com update, so first check your Cal.com version and update if you're not on the latest release. If you're up to date and still seeing the error, double-check that your event type IDs match, all relevant users have connected calendars, and there are available time slots for the requested booking window. Funny thing is that the event is acually created, but cal returns this as a reponse:
