CAL_SIGNATURE_TOKEN for local and QA setup

Hi,

My company  would like to use Cal.com as our scheduling infrastructure and was trying to set it up. We are in the early stage of building the product. For prod we could use the ready platform api.  For local and QA setups, I was trying to do a self-hosted integration in  a GCP VM.  

I dowloaded the git hub code and used yarn to build the application. I did-not use docker.

I am getting the following issue.

CAL_SIGNATURE_TOKEN needs to be set to increment usage.

Is there anything I am doing wrong or can i not use a self-hosted integration without CAL_SIGNATURE_TOKEN for dev and QA setup.
