Not able to make the local setup work smooth. NextJS consumes 7-8 GBs of the memory

I have been trying resolving performance issues while doing yarn dev. I went through previous answers on this topic but not able to get anything out of it.

If anybody knows a way or maybe if someone has resolved it, i need help.

Node - 18.20.8
OS- Ubuntu

I am still looking for a resolve or any alternative method to setup the codebase.

I am now curious about how others are doing development locally.
