Exclude lock file from file size limit check #39

Lockfiles can get quite big if you have more than one environment.
As snakemake moves towards accepting pixi as an environment manager (see snakemake/snakemake#3915), it's likely that modules will fully phase out conda in favour of it.
This will run into the check-added-large-files precommit test, causing false positives.
