Touch to display tooltip (Not long touch)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have an info icon like ℹ️ or similar. I would like my users to touch the icon, without long touch, as this would be more intuitive

Can we add an option to touch without to long touch for the tooltip text to be triggered? I'd be happy to pick this up

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried setting the enterTouchDelay prop to something like 0 or 1 so that it might trigger much sooner. Seems like this delay is only applicable after a long touch is registered

@Jhh910 You could use Patch Package to update the module for yourself. But I didn't end up fixing this. I'll create a PR for this, hopefully it gets accepted (Material design docs doesn't mention this usecase, and we seem to be driven heavily by it, but I'll give it a shot)
