Add unit tests for native code to `weak-node-api`

As we'll potentially be building out support for injecting functions for multiple engines into weak-node-api, I'd like for us to have a couple of C++ unit tests.

I'm not feeling strongly for any particular framework, but GoogleTest seems like a good candidate that I've used before.

This should happen after #308 merge.
