[Feature Request] Truncate terminal tool calls

Motivation

• Terminal tool responses might be too long and unnecessary, like download logs etc..
• By truncating responses, you will be saving tokens and reduce hallucinations on long runs like terminal bench

Solution

Truncating tool calls and saving them in the running environment (docker or local) for the model to reference them
