[Feature Request] Integrate google UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol) to support A2A payment process

Motivation

Context:
As we already opne a feat for A2A protocol for multi agent with: #2788
and AP2 feat(Agent Payments Protocol): #3150
Now google provide a new protocol UCP(Universal Commerce Protocol) which could be adapted with A2A protocol for payment and shopping process.

We could implement this UCP protocol and do a bench mark with these three protocol perfomance(Agent commercial protocol from OpenAI, AP2 and UCP from google gemini)
