Provide a CI job testing with Camel Snapshot #2306
Description
given that several recent camel releases broke the integration in VS Code and writing tests upstream is not always easy neither done, it becomes more important to test our VS Code extensions with Camel snapshots version.
Better to create a separate workflow to not impact current development and that snapshots are not very stable.
if possible to trigger when a new Camel snapshot is pushed otherwise nightly.
