Summary

The plugin settings screen would benefit from a structural UI refresh so contributors can add features without making the admin page harder to use.

Current problems

• the page is a long flat list of options with weak grouping
• descriptions and help text are inconsistent
• core accessibility fixes and optional tools are not strongly separated
• the sidebar/resources area feels dated relative to current WordPress admin expectations

Proposed scope

• regroup settings into clearer sections
• improve spacing, headings, and explanatory text
• make the hierarchy between core fixes, optional behavior, and tools more obvious
• modernize the admin information architecture without changing saved option behavior unnecessarily

Notes

This should be framed as a usability and maintainability improvement, not just a cosmetic redesign.
