Description Suggested label: enhancement
Summary
The plugin settings screen would benefit from a structural UI refresh so contributors can add features without making the admin page harder to use.
Current problems
the page is a long flat list of options with weak grouping
descriptions and help text are inconsistent
core accessibility fixes and optional tools are not strongly separated
the sidebar/resources area feels dated relative to current WordPress admin expectations
Proposed scope
regroup settings into clearer sections
improve spacing, headings, and explanatory text
make the hierarchy between core fixes, optional behavior, and tools more obvious
modernize the admin information architecture without changing saved option behavior unnecessarily
Notes
This should be framed as a usability and maintainability improvement, not just a cosmetic redesign.
