Incorrect aria, aria-expanded='false', when mobile menu has menu items with sub-menu

When you open mobile menu (hamburger icon), and a menu item has children (sub-menu), the parent link has an aria label of 'aria-expanded="false"', when in fact, the menu is expanded.
