Add a Lab for the Multi tenancy

It would be nice to have a lab for the multi tenancy, using the nodeJS worker https://github.com/jwulf/zeebe-node-sm-mt-example to have an example.

But before this project should move to a Community project.

Or For a ticket, I used these 2 files, with worker dedicated to tenant.
