[Job Worker Dashboard]: Document the feature (UI)

We need to document this new feature.

No need for crazy, detailed documentation, as the UI is self-explanatory, but something similar to what's been done with Manage and Run (mostly screenshots).

@mesellings Do you think it's something that can be achieved between alpha5 and 8.9?

@johnBgood this looks pretty straightforward - I actually think you could probably get away with 3 screenshots, and put more effort into the descriptions of each chart and what each column means for example - the UI should be self-explanatory, and we don't want to fall into the trap of just documenting the UI for the sake of it.

@mesellings Given the tight schedule, we’re currently focusing on finalizing the remaining pieces of implementation. We’re not fully confident that everything will be ready for 8.9, so we’re putting significant effort into completing it.

It would be greatly appreciated if your team could take care of this part.
We will be able to provide the screenshots next week once @ztefanie is back from FTO.
