Document resource deployment details

We don't have much explicit documentation covering how deployment of resources, like BPMN, DMN, and forms, to the Orchestration Cluster really works. We should research and consider ways to fill this gap.

What we're missing

This list is not exhaustive:

• Which resources (based on file suffixes) are allowed and interpreted for deployment?
• How is a resource's version is determined?
• When is duplicate-checking performed?
