Document issuer-type property #8021
Description

- Environment variable: CAMUNDA_MIGRATION_IDENTITY_MANAGEMENTIDENTITY_ISSUERTYPE
This property is missing from the table in the docs.
In this ticket, the customer has an Entra ID configured, and they were getting an error.
For Helm-based setups, this value is set automatically to MICROSOFT when Entra ID is configured via the issuer-type field, but since they were deploying locally, it was missing for all related components using docker-compose (without helm).
We need to document this property in both the env variables and application.yaml tables under the respective CAMUNDA_MIGRATION_IDENTITY_MANAGEMENTIDENTITY_ISSUERBACKENDURL/camunda.migration.identity.management-identity.issuer-backend-url prop.
