MCP Gateway: refine client credentials docs

In the docs for the Orchestration Cluster MCP Server, mention that client credentials need to have the "Orchestration Cluster API" scope enabled.

Also mention that the `c8ctl` config can be copied from the `MCP` tab on the client credentials screen as implemented in https://github.com/camunda/camunda-cloud-management-apps/issues/7388
