Revisit left-hand navigation component ordering

The order of component links in the left-hand navigation is currently inconsistent across Using Camunda and Self-Managed, which makes it harder to scan and find content.

Currently,

Using Camunda, it uses the following order:

1. Modeler
2. OC
3. Connectors
4. Optimize
5. Console

SM/Components, it uses the following order:

1. OC
2. Console
3. Modeler
4. Connectors
5. Optimize

Plus additional components and folders in between.

Problem: Users see different ordering patterns depending on where they are in the docs. This creates unnecessary cognitive load and makes navigation feel unpredictable.

Request: Define and apply a single ordering rule for components across the left nav (for example: alphabetical, product priority, or another agreed convention) and update both sections to follow it consistently.
