Add RBAC to API Docs

This PR: camunda/camunda#54880 adds RBAC annotations to the specification. When we get it landed in the API Test Generator we will have an oracle for its correctness.

We want this information to be displayed in the API Documentation on the website.

Timing:

• We should add display to the documentation when camunda/camunda#54880 lands, even though we are not certain about its correctness.
• When test generation lands, we will be able to prove the correctness of the derived information that we have inserted in the spec via empirical testing.
• Any changes required to the specification claims will then flow through to the API docs via regeneration.
