Enabled copy as image action on unsupported elements

Describe the bug

We do not support copying paths/connections as image, but we enable "Copy as Image" action in both context menu and menu options. The action does not write anything to the clipboard.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a connection/path
2. Click right mouse button
3. Click "Copy as Image"
4. Paste the content somewhere image pasting is enabled
5. Observe that the last clipboard value is pasted, not the image of connection/path

Expected behavior

Disable the "Copy as Image" option in both context menu and menu options for unsupported elements.

• Camunda Modeler Version: 5.45.0-rc.0
• Installed plug-ins: None
