Make auto-save configurable

Problem you would like to solve

In 5.44.0 the automatic save of 'dirty' files was introduced. This functionality could previously be accomplished by installing a plugin. The advantage of the plugin is that's configurable (enable/disable, interval).

Proposed solution

Make the automatic save at least optional.

Extensive configuration options are nice to have.

Alternatives considered

Use the https://github.com/pinussilvestrus/camunda-modeler-autosave-plugin, but it will conflict with the current (mandatory) built-in option.

Thanks for this feature request. The reasons we decided to enforce auto-safe is that ensures that what is on file system, available to other tools, is always what the modeler sees. No surprises.

Could you elaborate on the value you get from additional options? How would you benefit from "saving after 13 seconds"?
