[ISSUE] Get orchestration cluster configmap output formatted

Describe the issue:

When viewing the yaml of the orchestration cluster configmap I don't see a formatted output:

It would be nice to get the formatted output back again for 8.8.

Please note: Without the following info, it's hard to resolve the issue and probably it will be closed.

Possibly related to OIDC config. @hamza-m-masood could not reproduce using basic-auth.
