[ISSUE] create nighlty integration tests for the values-x.yaml

Describe the issue:

We have a growing number of different values.yaml files. It would be good to run the nightly integration tests on each of the values files to make sure they all work.

For example, I can see right now, that the keycloak pod is crash looping for the values-latest.yaml on 8.8
