[ISSUE] values-latest.yaml does not use camunda/keycloak

Describe the issue:

I recently found that the repository camunda/keycloak is not used in values-latest.yaml.
Also, I'm questioning if the values-enterprise.yaml repository uses camunda/keycloak as it's base or if it's straight from bitnami's premium registry.
