[ISSUE] update values-latest keycloak repository for 8.6 and 8.7 #4112
Description
Describe the issue:
Related to #4081
Keycloack image in 8.8 was changed from bitnamilegacy/keycloack to camunda/keycloack (see related issue).
This also should be done for 8.7 and 8.6.
Actual behavior:
values-latest.yaml should reflect the same registry as values.yaml.
