[TASK] Adopt contextPath for deployments without and with ingress

A recent change, changed the default behavior for non-ingress deployments. This sparked a discussion and should be reverted for 8.8 + the ingress deployment guide needs to be updated to comply with the new default routing recommendations of Camunda. This ticket will bring back the default behavior of 8.7 for non-ingress deployments and updated the default recommendation for routing when an ingress is used.

• Adjust the documentation of the ingress guide to explain

Console context path proposal: @hisImminence
There is a difference related to Console path configuration:
Value file has Console.contextPath = "/""
Our guide tells the customer to set contextPath to "/console"
I suggest updating dthe efault value of contextPath in our value file for Console to "/console"
This will avoid potential errors, bring it in line with a guide, and even remove the need to set it explicitly.

All the contextPaths are empty per default in the values.yaml (see identity.contextPath, webmodeler.contextPath, ...)- they then should get set by the user, if needed, following our guide here (to be adjusted) to the above
