[ENHANCEMENT] add/use AWS OS cluster with numberOfReplica: 2

Describe the use case:

currecntly, distro provides AWS OS cluster for QA e2e tests using replicas: 1

Describe the enhancement/feature:

default is one if not specified. currently, no replicas are specified in test setups
to cover those scenarios, we should set replicas at least to 2 to extend that test coverage for AWS OS

Desired outcome and acceptance tests:

set in values.yaml the numberOfReplica: 2 and configure AWS OS accordingly to extend test coverage of definable properties.
