[ISSUE] QA DocumentStore Scenario Fails to Build HC

Describe the issue:

The helm chart fails to build for the DocumentStore Scenario which is using the Infra EKS. The latest failed build can be seen here.

Actual behavior:

The helm chart fails to build.

Expected behavior:

The helm chart should successfully build.

Update: This appears to be an issue with the permissions of the test user. I've reached out to the Infra team for support with this here. However I will leave this ticket open until the issue is resolved, in case any adjustments are also required from the Distro side.

Update: I am also observing the same issue with another workflow which uses the Infra EKS cluster here.

Update: I have created the following branch which fixes the issue with the permissions of the test user. The branch can be seen here. But now the workflow is failing when performing Helm install here.
