[ISSUE] Investigate unauthorized redirection with the context path enabled

Describe the issue:

In issue no. #628 @hostalp mentioned that there is an issue in the unauthorized redirection with the context path enabled.

We need to check that issue for all components (only Operate and Identity are reported).

Actual behavior:

• operate redirects to /noPermission instead of for example /operate/noPermission

• identity redirects to /unauthorized instead of for example /identity/unauthorized

Expected behavior:

The context path should be taken into consideration for unauthorized redirection.
