Hi @Omar-Abdelwahabb1, could you please confirm if you're still encountering this issue? If so, could you also check your spam folder for a possible rejection email? Sometimes that's the issue

It looks like the server is just slow... Looking at the network tab shows that some things take 5s+ to load. I'm guessing those issues occur when it times-out.
