Configs validation #25
Description
Currently, the user snap configs are not validated:
For example, If you provide an invalid port to nv-hostengine or an invalid bind address to dcgm-exporter through nv-hostengine-port and dcgm-exporter-address, respectively, both services will fail silently.
We should have some validation in the configure with error reporting back to the user.
