Add RISC-V support #1819
Description
Summary
At the moment K8s snap is available for amd64 and arm64 architectures only.
This is a feature request to add riscv64 support.
Why is this important?
It is a trending architecture and Canonical is leading software support here.
Juju has already created experimental build to support VM PostgreSQL deployments, but K8s story is still missing.
Pebble has recently added support and Charmed PostgreSQL K8s is buildable but no K8s available on RISC-V.

Yes, I will assist with testing K8s snap (K8s itself) using Charmed PostgreSQL K8s.
