[macOS] Daemon taking up CPU time after wakeup #4613

Describe the bug
After waking up my host machine from sleep, Multipass is taking up lots of CPU time and the multipass daemon is unresponsive.

To Reproduce
Put host machine to sleep and wake up. Maybe having a running instance beforehand is required.
