Hero pattern - adding the ability to include the "Available on Ubuntu Pro" chip

Context
We received this request to add the Ubuntu pro chip to the hero sections of some pages. Another issue was opened to add the "Available on Ubuntu Pro" chip which has since been added to our component library, but the hero pattern doesn't support the addition of this chip without custom work. Given the request involves a large number of pages, and we'll also potentially need to have the option available for future pages, it would be best to upstream this solution to the pattern.
